1. Qualifying Purchases

The ORENTHON Money‑Back Guarantee applies to:

• Digital products purchased directly through orenthon.quest
• Subscription plans billed directly by ORENTHON
• Standalone service packages explicitly labeled as “Guarantee Eligible”

2. Refund Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the original purchase date. For subscription services, the 14‑day window begins on the date of the initial payment only.

3. Claim Process

To initiate a refund request:

1. Email our support team with your order number
2. Describe the reason for your request
3. Include proof of purchase confirmation

• The request must fall within the stated refund period
• The product or service must not have been misused, redistributed, or resold
• All account access associated with the purchase must be discontinued
• For service packages, no more than 30% of the agreed deliverables may be completed

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Custom-built or personalized solutions once development has begun
• Renewed subscription cycles beyond the first billing period
• Products purchased during promotional clearance events marked “Final Sale”
• Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. ORENTHON reserves the right to request additional information to verify eligibility.
